Flovelle Health – Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Flovelle Health, some products may be offered as part of a subscription or recurring purchase option for your convenience. By selecting a purchase option at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscription Overview
When you choose a subscription or recurring purchase, your order will be automatically billed and shipped at the selected delivery interval (e.g., every 30 days) unless canceled.
Managing Your Subscription
You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your customer account, or
- Contacting our support team through the Contact Us page
Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge using the payment method on file. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled automatically.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are treated the same as one-time purchases and are subject to our Refund Policy.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Orders already processed or shipped
- Missed cancellation windows
Changes to Subscription Pricing or Terms
Flovelle Health reserves the right to update subscription pricing, product availability, or terms at any time. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles.
