Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you cannot find it, please take the following steps:
- Confirm the shipping address on your order
- Check around your property (mailbox, porch, garage, parcel lockers, etc.)
- Ask neighbors, household members, or building management
- Contact your local carrier using your tracking number
Once marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. Flovelle Health is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
If you are unable to locate your package, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. We will assist with initiating a carrier investigation where applicable.
Claims may require additional documentation, including a signed affidavit. Refunds or replacements for delivered packages are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion based on carrier findings.
